Some mentors have put few open slots in their calendar, while some have chosen to first get the query via in-app message and then reply or do a call with you as required. You should mention your questions clearly in the message and also if you wish to do a call with them, along with a specific reason/ purpose.

Yes you will have access to message all the mentors, but we encourage responsible outreach to only those whom you have genuinely followed on all their social profiles and have a specific question to ask from. We encourage messaging a maximum of 3 people per month after doing your research.

You should message a mentor only if you cannot find the answer to your questions in our open learning resources on FutureX, or simply by googling the question. We often don't try and want a shortcut. If you are still not able to find your answer, you can frame your specific question for the mentor you believe would be able to answer it. We encourage you to do your homework on the mentor's background and write to them with a thoughtful message.

Go to the Mentor Network Section and sign in to choose the mentor you believe would be able to answer your question. In order to gain access to one-one mentorship, you need to check the referral guidelines for the same. Once you successfully complete the task, you will gain access to the mentor form where you have to carefully frame your question for the mentor, which if accepted, will be answered to you by the respective mentor through call or mail.

The ProCourses are a mix of live and recorded. You will have access to recorded content to watch as per your flexibility, but we try and keep it open for a limited time to make sure you learn with discipline. As the classes get completed, we will allow access for you to complete the course as per your flexibility but you will have to complete before the respective course deadline to receive the certificate.

We conduct courses by the best of experts in their field, who have previously mentored several students to make successful careers. We have curated and verified the curriculum. Still, if you feel concerned about anything after the course starts, let us know within 7 days of course launch and we will refund the full fee if we find the concern genuine.

In case the starting date is not mentioned on the course page, you will be informed within a week of making the payment for the course. Usually we start accepting applications for a course upto a month in advance.

A ProCourse usually spans from 1-2 months, with roughly 3 hours of classes every week and a live class once a week. It is something you can complete over the weekend and you have some flexibility if you are not able to complete within that week, though we highly encourage discipline in learning once you sign up.

After you have applied and made the payment for the course, you will receive an email within 2-3 working days confirming your application and conveying further steps. The course will happen within the futurex.online platform and live classes over airmeet/ zoom, and you will be provided links accordingly once the course begins.
